On November 29, 2025, the "Fire Transmitter of Glory" Award Appraisal Council selected the Top 15 outstanding faces from hundreds of inspirational nominations nationwide. The list of winners will be announced on December 5 at the Awards Ceremony in Hanoi.
Representatives of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, representatives of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper, and representatives of SABECO reviewed the inspiring contributions of 150 passionate faces across the country, to select the Top 15 outstanding faces at the national level. Previously, there were nearly 20,000 online votes recorded during the voting period from November 15 to November 25 for the public.
This is not just a simple vote, but a process of recognizing the intelligence, enthusiasm and commitment of those who are quietly spreading good values in the community. The award is also an initiative with a community spirit, connecting people from all over Vietnam. The award is national in scale and reaches even the smallest communities.

The " Honoring Fire Transmitters" Award is organized in a humane spirit, aiming to seek and honor individuals who have made positive and practical impacts in society. They can be scientists with research works to improve their lives; a doctor with efforts for patients; a teacher bringing knowledge to remote areas; an artist contributing to preserving national culture; an artist passionate about volunteer work... Each story is a seed, each contribution is a miracle of kindness.

A representative of SABECO, as the initiator of the program, shared the consistent view that the sustainable development of a country does not only come from economic indicators, but also from the spirit of solidarity, patriotism and social responsibility of the Vietnamese people. In his speech at the Appraisal Council, Mr. Lester Tan Teck Chuan - General Director of SABECO, a member of the appraisal Council emphasized: "The award recognizes the contributions that individuals have made to the community in many fields" from science, technology, culture, art and many other practical activities... As a member of the Appraisal Council today, I am truly inspired by the stories I have heard and read. Each individual has contributed a lot to the country from the impact they create to the spirit of commitment and dedication to work every day. Those stories really touch my heart, and those are the things that will help Vietnam move forward together in the future. When we honor these outstanding individuals, it is also a thank you to everyone for joining hands to build a better and stronger Vietnam on the journey ahead.
It can be said that the spirit of "fire-bearer" does not belong to title or title, but is a quality spread from acts of kindness, choices for the community, quiet but persistent work over time. As the Vietnamese spirit: sometimes simple, humble, but persistent and bright in every moment of dedication.
Today's meeting of the Appraisal Council is not only a choice, but also a listen. Stories, records, videos, and introductions are carefully reviewed. Each individual is a journey of life, a lifetime of experience, effort and dedication. Some have spent decades preserving indigenous cultural heritage; some have pioneered the open education model; some are doctors creating medical initiatives to save patients' lives; some are young people starting a business for the community, building projects that bring sustainable social impacts.

From those stories, the Council not only seeks to spread the burden, but also finds the green shoots of the future individuals capable of leading society to long-term changes. The top 15 passionate faces to be announced will not only be honored individuals, but also symbols of the spirit of arousing the belief in a humane, creative and progressive Vietnam.
SABECO affirmed that accompanying the program is not only a social responsibility activity, but a part of the development strategy associated with the philosophy of "reaching the level with Vietnam", in which community values are always placed at the center. Honoring inspirational individuals is also an encouragement for a positive wave to spread, so that each Vietnamese person can become a fire- breaking person in their own way.
The "Fire Transmitter honor" award does not only end at the moment of announcement at the award ceremony, but continues to be extended through the journey of commitment of the honored individuals. These are persistent and quiet journeys, not for glory, but for the desire to do better for community life.
It can be said that even though only 15 faces are named, behind them are hundreds, thousands of other Vietnamese people who are still silently doing good things every day. Therefore, today's meeting is not only a chosen event but an event of recognition, honor and dissemination. It affirms that: in every Vietnamese person there is a "fiery flame of compassion, of sharing spirit, of the desire to create a humane and sustainable Vietnam in the future.
