Recently, a video appeared on social networks recording the scene of a woman slapping, kicking and continuously cursing a car driver after a traffic collision.
The incident is said to have occurred in front of gate number 2 of Ngoi Sao Hanoi Private Primary and Secondary School (Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi), causing traffic obstruction.
According to the content of the clip, at the above time, the car driver (identity and license plate unknown) repeatedly apologized, explaining that he did not intentionally collide with the woman's motorbike. However, this person continued to curse.
Regarding the incident, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Chien - Head of Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Hanoi Police Department of Traffic Police) - said that after receiving the reflected information, the unit sent officers and soldiers to the scene to record the incident, and at the same time reviewed the camera system on the route.
Lieutenant Colonel Chien also said that after having the results of the camera review and working with witnesses, the unit will coordinate with the local ward police to invite relevant parties to work to clarify the cause of the incident.
