Tay Ninh Police verify and handle violators after traffic collision

Tay Ninh police handle motorcyclists with violations and lack of self-control after traffic collisions.

On April 19, 2026, a clip recording a collision between two motorbikes on Ly Thuong Kiet street (block 4, Long Hoa ward, Tay Ninh province) was spread on social networks. The two related vehicles have license plates 70B1-578. XX and 70B1-526. XX (driven by a delivery person).

After the collision, the man driving motorbike plate number 70B1-578. XX had an argument, then left the scene before the functional forces arrived. Regarding Mr. Nh. (delivery profession), this person said that he was not injured, the vehicle was only slightly scratched and did not request compensation or make a scene record, only requesting functional agencies to verify the other person to handle violations according to regulations.

Before the information caused public outrage, the leadership of the Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police directed the Trang Bang Traffic Police Station to coordinate with Long Hoa Ward Police to urgently verify. Through review, functional forces determined that the vehicle involved showed signs of using unclear license plates, causing difficulties in the process of searching for the driver.

By the morning of April 20, the police force had identified the driver of vehicle number 70B1-578. XX as Mr. H.V. L. (born in 1973, residing in Quarter 4, Long Hoa ward, Tay Ninh province) and invited him to work with the related vehicle.

At the police station, Mr. L. admitted his lack of self-control, exchanged words after the collision and apologized, and committed to remedy if damages arose and not to repeat it.

Trang Bang Traffic Police Station made a record of handling Mr. L. for the following acts: driving a motorbike without a helmet, without a left rearview mirror, without a driver's license, without a vehicle registration certificate; and at the same time, temporarily seized the vehicle for handling according to legal regulations.
