    Ha Tinh - In the early morning of May 20, in Co Dam commune, there was rain accompanied by thunder and lightning, causing 2 cows to be killed by lightning.

    On the morning of May 20, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan - Chairman of Co Dam Commune People's Committee said that in the early morning of the same day, 2 cows of Mr. Tran Duc's family (in Phu Vinh village, Co Dam commune) were struck by lightning and died while being locked in a barn.

    Previously, in the afternoon of May 17, thunderstorms and lightning occurred in Truong Luu commune, Ha Tinh province, also causing 5 cows of 2 households in Trung Hoa village to be struck by lightning and die while grazing in the field.

    In recent days, thunderstorms with lightning have appeared in Ha Tinh. Ha Tinh Provincial Hydrometeorological Station has also warned about extreme weather so that people can proactively prevent and protect their property.
