This is a storm with very strong intensity, wide range of impact. Typhoon Ragasa is likely to directly affect the mainland of the Northern and North Central provinces (including Hanoi). Direct the strengthening of on-duty work, monitoring, regularly synthesizing and reporting fully and promptly on weather, natural disasters, incidents and prevention, response and remediation of consequences to the Hanoi People's Committee; responsible to the City People's Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee for natural disaster prevention, control and search and rescue work according to the area and field under his responsibility.
Chairman of the People's Committees of wards and communes: Direct the close monitoring of warning bulletins, forecasts and developments of weather and natural disasters to regularly notify and provide timely guidance to the people to proactively prevent, respond and overcome the consequences of minimizing damage caused by natural disasters and incidents.
Deploy shock forces to inspect and review vulnerable locations at risk of insecurity, residential areas along rivers, streams, and low-lying areas at risk of flooding, flash floods, and landslides to prioritize response and protection plans;
Reviewing each household living in areas at risk of impact and insecurity, promptly detecting unusual and dangerous signs to proactively evacuate people to safety;
Prioritize flood prevention plans for production safety, industrial parks, urban areas, and concentrated residential areas. Especially pay attention to areas that are often affected by natural disasters, floods, areas that have been affected and damaged by landslides and rock slides in recent times in communes such as Tran Phu, Xuan Mai, Ba Vi, Suoi Hai, Yen Xuan, Quoc Oai, etc.
Direct the review and implementation of natural disaster prevention and control and search and rescue measures and plans as soon as possible, in which it is important to pay attention to reinforcing to ensure the safety of houses, infrastructure works, dykes, irrigation and natural disaster prevention and control, limiting damage to production, especially agricultural production.
Support people to harvest agricultural products in the upcoming harvest period with the motto "green at home, better at home than in the fields" to limit damage caused by natural disasters. Prepare plans to ensure environmental sanitation, prevent and control epidemics when there are rain, floods, and inundation in the area.
Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment: Organize and direct the monitoring and supervision of weather and natural disasters to forecast, warn, and inform promptly to competent authorities and people to proactively respond to and minimize damage; direct the implementation of natural disaster prevention and control work according to assigned functions, tasks, and authority.
Direct and guide the following Lines to invest in irrigation development: Song Nhue, Song Day, Hanoi; Song Tich Irrigation Company Limited is ready to coordinate with the People's Committees of wards and communes to review and promote plans to operate irrigation works and plans to prevent flooding in the suburbs, ensuring the safety of dykes and irrigation works in the city.
