    Phu Tho - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 222/QD-UBND on the number of Civil Defense Teams and the number of members of Civil Defense Teams in villages, residential groups, and residential areas.

    According to the Decision, in Phu Tho province, there are a total of 5,048 Civil Defense Teams and 56,350 members in villages, residential groups, and residential areas of communes and wards.

    The number of members of the Civil Defense Team in villages, residential groups, and residential areas in the province is specified as follows:

    For villages, residential groups, and residential areas with 500 households or more: Establish 1 Civil Defense Team with no more than 30 members including 1 team leader, 1 deputy team leader and team members.

    For villages and residential groups with 350 households to less than 500 households: Establish 1 Civil Defense Team with no more than 20 members including 1 team leader, 1 deputy team leader and team members.

    For villages and residential groups with fewer than 350 households: Establish 1 Civil Defense Team with no more than 10 members including 1 team leader, 1 deputy team leader and team members.

    The decision takes effect from January 27, 2026.
