On November 10, the leader of the Quang Tri Department of Health said that the data on the disbursement progress of the Bac Quang Binh General Hospital, Facility 2, announced by some statistical agencies, is not in accordance with reality.
The Department has issued a response document to adjust the data, and at the same time reported to the Provincial People's Committee on the progress of public investment disbursement for projects invested by the Department.
According to the Finance and Planning Department of the Quang Tri Department of Health, up to now, the Bac Quang Binh General Hospital, Facility 2, project has disbursed 32 billion VND, equivalent to 32% of the total planned capital allocated in 2025, which is 100 billion VND.
Also on the afternoon of November 10, a working group of the Department of Health went to the scene to inspect and survey the wastewater connection system into the environment to speed up the acceptance and settlement progress.
Previously, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province issued a document requesting a review of units with low disbursement rates and providing solutions to promote the progress of the 2025 public investment capital plan. In the summary report, a project under the Department of Health is said to have disbursed only 0.03%, equivalent to about 30 million VND, leading to the above misunderstanding.
