The project to invest in building main roads connecting with functional areas in Thai Binh Economic Zone (Hung Yen province) includes 5 routes with a total investment of more than 3,000 billion VND.
In which, route No. 1 invests in building the northern axis road of the Economic Zone section passing through Lien Ha Thai Industrial - Service Zone with a length of 3.73km; level III delta road scale. Route No. 2 connects from National Highway 37B and Thai Thuong port and industrial service area with a length of 0.97km. Route No. 3 builds the southern axis road of the Economic Zone from the coastal road to National Highway 37B with a length of 13.07km.
And route No. 4 from Thai Binh coastal road to Ba Lat port area with a length of 2.02km. Route No. 5 upgrades and renovates the central road of the Southern Tra Ly River (DT. 464 road) section from Tien Hai commune to Dong Tien Hai commune, Hung Yen province with a length of 6.34km; scale of level IV delta road.
According to the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 2 of Hung Yen province, route No. 3 is more than 13km long, playing an important role in completing transport infrastructure in coastal areas and creating motivation to attract investment.
Site clearance (GPMB) is being accelerated, the construction volume has reached nearly 75% of the contract value. However, the project completion progress still depends on definitively handling the remaining problems at the intersection of road 221A through Hung Phu commune.
To remove difficulties in site clearance for route No. 3, Hung Phu Commune People's Committee deployed a peak period of propaganda and mobilization for people in the Nga 6 intersection area (old Nam Hung intersection). Three working groups were established, directly going to each household to explain compensation, support, resettlement policies and listen to recommendations arising during the implementation process.
Giving up the entire residential land area of his family to serve the project, Mr. Pham Van Dung (Hung Phu commune) shared: "My family has nearly 140m2 of residential land and garden land, on the land there are 2 solid houses. After being propagated and explained by the government, my family agreed to hand over the site.
Leaders of Hung Phu Commune People's Committee said that after a period of mobilization and propaganda, people agreed.
And in Nam Tien Hai commune, where the road passes through with a length of about 6.7km, site clearance work is having many positive changes.
For the section passing through Nam Hai commune (old), the project has 70 households subject to site clearance. To date, the locality has approved compensation plans for 69 households, of which 68 households have received money and handed over land. Currently, there are only 2 cases left.
Talking to a reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Vu Van Toan - Vice Chairman of Nam Tien Hai Commune People's Committee - said that in the coming time, to complete the task of site clearance for projects in the area, for the remaining 2 households subject to branch road and intersection expansion, the Commune People's Committee will continue to propagate and mobilize. For the intersection between road No. 3 and DH30 road, it is proposed that the investor deploy construction immediately when there is land.
