This is a highlight event in a series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Security Forces, to honor the silent contributions and sacrifices of generations of soldiers.
The program content combines historical materials, large-scale parades and modern performance technology, depicting the image of soldiers with the message "Bravery - Sensitivity - For the peace of the people".

The program includes many main parts, starting with drums and a large-scale cultural parade with about 720 participants.

The scenes are expressed in the form of combining singing, contemporary dance, skits and video screenings, recreating the process of operation, struggle and resilience of the security forces in each period.

In the climax of the program, the musical and ballet performance "Chuyen an CM12" recreated the chase on the Han River with continuous action scenes.
From the situation where the subjects moved by canoe on the river, security forces and waterway police organized a siege and arrest, combining chases, approaches and controls.
The diễn biến was staged continuously from the space on the bridge down to the water surface, then moved to the stage area, showing the process of pursuit and ending the special case.
In addition, the program also has art performances with the participation of many singers and artists, combined with stage effects, fireworks and river performances.
