According to initial information, the accident occurred at about 1:30 PM on March 1st, in front of house number 29 Nguyen Truong To street, Vung Tau ward. At this time, car 51H-33x. xx was traveling in the direction of Truong Cong Dinh to Hoang Hoa Tham. At the same time, an elderly woman (about 70 years old) was also walking on the sidewalk in the same direction.
When the woman stepped down to the curb, the car also drove close to the sidewalk, leading to a collision with a pedestrian from behind. The woman fainted and was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment but did not survive.
