On the morning of February 28, the Trade Union of Tuy Phong Garment Enterprise - confirmed that Ms. T.T. D (born in 1995) - one of the two victims who died in the traffic accident - is a worker of the enterprise.
Ms. D's family circumstances are difficult, immediately after the incident occurred, the Trade Union of Tuy Phong Garment Enterprise launched a campaign among workers and laborers to donate and support funds to take care of her funeral.

According to initial information, around late afternoon on February 27, after finishing work, Ms. D was driving a motorbike on National Highway 1.
When arriving at the section passing Vinh Hao commune, Lam Dong province, her car collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. N.X. L (born in 1965), a lottery ticket seller.
The strong collision caused both people to be thrown onto the road in critical condition. People quickly took the victims to a medical facility for emergency treatment. However, due to their severe injuries, both died later.

Upon receiving the news, the police force arrived to blockade, examine the scene, record collision traces, and request an autopsy to clarify the cause of the accident.
Mr. L's family is also in difficult circumstances. Some philanthropists in the locality have also called for donations to support funeral expenses for both victims.
Currently, the cause of the accident is being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
