At about 9:40 p.m. on June 27, on Ngo Xuan Quang Street (Trau Quy Town, Gia Lam District), a serious traffic accident occurred between a motorbike and a bus, causing one person to die on the spot and another person to be seriously injured.
According to initial information, at that time, the bus was turning left when suddenly a motorbike driven by two young men crashed straight into the front of the bus. People said that motorbikes were moving at high speeds and could not control the steering wheel.
Mr. Vu Ngoc Cuong (33 years old, residing in Gia Lam district) - a witness to the incident - said: "I was sitting in the house when I heard a loud noise, ran out and saw the two people lying motionless in front of the bus. I and some people checked, took the injured victim to the emergency room and called the authorities and informed the family."
The police are investigating and clarifying the cause of the incident.
