On July 25, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that a traffic accident between 2 bicycles had just occurred in Tan Ninh commune, killing one person.
On the night of July 22, on the inter-communal road in Nua village, Tan Ninh commune, a bicycle driven by Mr. L.V. G (born in 2007, residing in Tan Ninh commune) collided with a bicycle driven by Ms. L.H. T (born in 1949, residing in the same commune) coming out of an alley.
The accident injured Ms. L.H. T, who was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment but later died.
The initial cause was determined to be that Mr. L.V. G was driving a bicycle without paying attention to observation, leading to the accident.
Currently, the case is being further investigated and resolved by functional forces.
