On July 24, the Dak Koi Commune Party Committee informed that Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy (49 years old) - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dak Koi commune, Quang Ngai province - passed away on the evening of July 23 due to a traffic accident.
According to the Dak Koi Commune Party Committee, during his work, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy always excellently completed the assigned tasks and was recognized by all levels and sectors with many forms of commendation.
Mr. Thuy was awarded many certificates of merit by the Chairman of Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee (old) and the Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee; and received a letter of commendation from the Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee (old) for his many outstanding achievements in his work.
Due to a traffic accident, although he was wholeheartedly treated by doctors and nurses, due to his severe injuries, Mr. Thuy passed away at 6:05 pm on July 23.
