On July 13, Ho Chi Minh City Police are investigating and clarifying the cause of a traffic accident between a tractor-trailer truck and a motorbike that killed one person.
The deceased victim was identified as Mr. P.V. B (born in 2001, from An Giang).
According to initial information, at about 8 pm on July 12, Mr. P.V. B was driving a motorbike on the temporary road of the Ring Road 3 project in Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Van intersection section), in the direction from Tan Van overpass to National Highway 1K. When arriving in front of a company in Dong Hoa ward, a collision occurred with a tractor truck with Ho Chi Minh City license plate driven by a male driver traveling in the same direction.
The collision caused the man to fall to the road and die on the spot. The incident was later reported to functional agencies.
Upon receiving the news, professional units of Ho Chi Minh City Police came to examine the scene and investigate the cause of the accident.
