Initial information, at around 3:00 p.m. the same day, when the traffic was running on Vo Van Kiet Avenue, from Binh Tan to Saigon River Tunnel, when reaching the section under Nguyen Tri Phuong Bridge, District 5, suddenly there was a series of collisions between 4 cars (including 2 4-7 seat cars, 1 truck and 1 ambulance).
The collision caused severe damage to the vehicles, with the front and body dented. A sign in the area was knocked down onto the road.
An elderly woman in an ambulance with a head injury was taken to hospital. Traffic through the area was congested for a long time.
Upon receiving the news, the authorities quickly arrived at the scene and handled the incident.
