At noon on July 28, Ho Chi Minh City Police coordinated with relevant units to organize scene examination and investigate the accident that killed 1 person at the Ring Road 3 project in Ho Chi Minh City.
The victim in the accident is Mr. D (46 years old, from Dak Lak) working as a technical staff at the construction site.
According to initial information, at about 9 am on the same day, a male driver drove a dump truck to dump stone at the Ring Road 3 construction site in Ho Chi Minh City (Dong Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City), while reversing, unfortunately hit Mr. D, causing the victim to die on the spot. The incident was later reported to functional agencies.
Upon receiving the news, the police arrived at the scene to take statements from witnesses and investigate the cause of the accident.
Recorded at the scene, the location of the accident is the end of the Tan Van intersection overpass and adjacent to My Phuoc - Tan Van road (section through Thuy Chau tourist area). Here, workers are filling soil and compacting to construct the connecting road leading to the overpass.
