At 7:30 a.m. on August 23, at Km77+960 in the direction of Hanoi - Hai Phong in An Khanh commune, Hai Phong city, a collision occurred in the same direction between truck 29H-074xx and car 30K-358xx. After the collision, the truck in lane 3 and the car in lane 2 were damaged.
