From the beginning of 2025 to now, grassroots trade unions in the Trang Due Industrial Park Trade Union Club have organized 112 dialogues and negotiated to successfully resolve 201 petitions of workers.
The results of the synthesis show that successful negotiation activities focus on the two most practical and urgent issues: salary (55.5%) and meals (33.3%)). This affirms the role of the Trade Union organization in representing and protecting the direct interests of workers, especially in the context of a part of the enterprise starting to face difficulties.
These successes have contributed to creating a positive overall picture of life and employment in Trang Due Industrial Park. Specifically, the average basic salary will reach VND 5,709,000/person/month, an increase of VND 202,000 compared to 2024. The total average income of direct production workers is 9,756,000 VND/person/month.
Regarding the 2025 Lunar New Year bonus, 100% of enterprises in the industrial park pay with an average bonus of one month's salary, the highest is LG Innotek, SHP gives 2 months' salary, Van Long 1.8 months' salary.
97.2% of enterprises apply specialized allowances with an average of VND 270,000/month. 98.6% of businesses pay travel allowances, applied at an average of VND 424,000/month.
