According to initial information, the accident occurred at about 9:40 pm on March 4 on the new National Highway 19, the section intersecting with the road turning into Lang Song Seminary (belonging to Quang Van village, Tuy Phuoc commune).
At this time, Luu Tan T. (born 2008) was driving a motorbike with license plate 77XS-44xx carrying Le Ngoc A. (born 2007, residing in Tuy Phuoc commune) traveling on the new National Highway 19.
When arriving at the above area, the motorbike driven by T. collided with a motorbike with license plate 77G1-019. xx driven by Ho D. (born 1995, residing in Quy Nhon Bac ward).
The accident injured 3 people, including T. who was unconscious. After the collision, the motorbike driven by T. caught fire fiercely and exploded right at the scene.
