Car driver beats male student after traffic collision in Quang Ninh

Quang Ninh - After causing a traffic collision in Uong Bi City, a car driver assaulted a male student riding an electric motorbike, causing outrage in the online community.

On the evening of October 14, a video clip was circulated on social media recording the incident in which a car, after entering a one-way street, hit an electric motorbike. The driver then got out of the car and assaulted the male student.

While the driver was chasing and beating the male student, the car continued to move, dragging the electric motorbike onto the sidewalk. Despite people trying to stop him, the driver still yelled at the male student before leaving.

According to information from Quang Trung Ward People's Committee, the police force has extracted camera footage to clarify the incident.

The incident occurred on the afternoon of October 14, on Bui Thi Xuan Street (Quang Trung Ward, Uong Bi City, Quang Ninh Province). Both the car driver and the male student reside in Uong Bi City.

The cause stemmed from a previous collision between the two sides at an intersection on Highway 18. After that, the car driver intentionally drove onto Bui Thi Xuan Street to block the male student's car.
