Speaking at the opening of the training, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Xoang, Head of the Traffic Police Department of the City Police, emphasized that, implementing Project No. 25-DA/DUCA dated February 10, 2025 of the Central Public Security Party Committee, on February 28, the Director of Hai Phong City Police deployed decisions on the organization of the apparatus and personnel work. Accordingly, there is no district-level police organization; the task of registering and managing road motor vehicles that the district-level police have carried out in the past has been assigned to the commune-level police.
In order to promptly supplement the source of cadres for the commune-level police to carry out this work, the Traffic Police Department has advised the Director of the City Police to issue a training plan for vehicle registration and management for police officers of 167 communes, wards and towns in the city. Through this, the police forces of communes, wards and towns in the city study, practice, foster, improve their capacity and qualifications to quickly approach and perform well the assigned tasks.
