The Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee decided to reorganize the Land Fund Development Center from under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment) to under the City People's Committee; appointed Mr. Dao Duc Thien, Director of the Land Fund Development Center, under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to hold the position of Director of the City Land Fund Development Center under the City People's Committee.
At the same time, Mr. Pham Thanh Hai, Director of the Land Registration Office, under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, was appointed as Director of the Land Registration Office; Mr. Dam Van Quynh, Director of the Environmental Monitoring Center, under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, was appointed as Director of the Environmental Monitoring Center.
Mr. Pham Duc Duyen, Head of the Department of Irrigation and Natural Disaster Prevention, under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, holds the position of Head of the Department of Irrigation and Natural Disaster Prevention. Mr. Ngo Trung Kien, Head of the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection, under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, holds the position of Head of the Department of Crop Production and Forestry.
The city also transferred and appointed Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang, Head of the Technical Department, under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to hold the position of Head of the Department of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine. Mr. Do Duc Hung, Head of the Department of Forestry, under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, to hold the position of Director of the Agricultural Extension Center. Mr. Dang Van Chien, Deputy Director of the Fishing Port and Wharf Management Board, under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, was assigned to be in charge of the Fishing Port and Wharf Management Board.
