Accordingly, the whole province has a list of 110 works and socio-economic development projects that will be reclaimed in 2026 with a total reclaimed area of more than 10,390 hectares. Of these, there are 50 works and projects with an area of nearly 1,739 hectares that were approved in previous years but have not yet completed the land acquisition work.
Of these, there are 21 public investment projects, 13 power infrastructure investment projects, 29 projects of economic organizations and 47 projects bidding to select investors. The works and projects are distributed in 33 communes and wards of Tay Ninh province. In particular, many localities with large reclaimed areas such as Luong Hoa commune reclaimed 807 hectares, Tan Tap commune reclaimed nearly 749 hectares, Ben Luc commune reclaimed more than 487 hectares, Can Giuoc commune reclaimed more than 1,632 hectares, Long Huu commune reclaimed more than 2,609 hectares, Duc Hue commune reclaimed 1,450 hectares, etc.
The projects and works in the list of projects that need to be reclaimed by Tay Ninh province are mainly in the fields of construction of residential areas and urban areas; infrastructure of industrial parks and clusters; roads, schools, power works... In particular, many projects with large reclaimed areas such as the Long Huu New Urban Area project with a planning area of over 2,609 hectares; Phuoc Lai Urban Area with an area of 820 hectares; Nam Sao Urban Area with an area of nearly 208 hectares; Southeast Asia Industrial Park phase 2 with an area of 209 hectares; Xuyen A Industrial Park phase 3 with an area of nearly 178 hectares; Solar Park 5 solar Power Park with an area of 625 hectares...
According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Tay Ninh province, the implementation of land recovery is based on the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and the land use planning for the period 2021 - 2030, the capital plan for 2026 of all levels and the list of projects to bid to select investors.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment has coordinated with relevant departments, branches and commune-level People's Committees to review, synthesize and propose a list of projects requiring land acquisition in the area. The above works and projects are in accordance with the land use planning until 2030 approved by competent authorities; public investment works and projects have been approved in principle and allocated investment capital; projects of economic organizations have been approved in principle and are still in the investment progress.
Based on the approved list of projects, relevant units and localities will focus on implementing the work of seizure, counting, and carrying out related procedures to reclaim land, thereby speeding up the implementation of projects, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
