Towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, on December 19, 2025, Tay Ninh province held a groundbreaking ceremony for two key projects including: Hiep Thanh Industrial Park (phase 1) and Hilton Garden INN Hotel Complex. The total investment of the two projects is about VND 3,650 billion, expected to create new momentum for local socio-economic development.
The Hiep Thanh Industrial Park project (phase 1) has a scale of more than 495 hectares, with a total investment of about VND2,350 billion, invested by Vietnam Rubber Industry Group (VRG).
According to the plan, Hiep Thanh Industrial Park is developed according to the green, smart, and circular industrial park model; prioritizing the attraction of supporting industries, high technology, food processing and logistics. When put into operation, the project is expected to strongly attract domestic and foreign investors, contribute a stable source of income to the budget and create jobs for about 20,000-30,000 workers.
The VRG representative said that in addition to developing production, the investor will focus on building workers' accommodation, service works and public utilities, contributing to improving the lives of workers and completing the province's industrial infrastructure.
On the same day, Tay Ninh province also held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Hilton Garden INN Hotel Complex Project in Tan Ninh ward. The project is invested by MHD Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of about 1,300 billion VND, a scale of 24 floors, including an international 4-star hotel, conference area, commercial and multi-purpose utilities.
The project is operated by Hilton Group (USA) according to international standards. When completed, the complex will supplement the supply of high-quality accommodation, serving business guests, experts, investors and international visitors, thereby contributing to improving the reception capacity and economic efficiency of the local tourism industry.
The simultaneous start of construction of two key projects continues to demonstrate the political determination of Tay Ninh province in synchronously developing industrial, urban and service infrastructure; creating an open and transparent investment environment, thereby attracting businesses and investors, promoting rapid and sustainable economic growth.
