Colorful Day for young workers
In a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, the 2026 Youth Workers' Festival took place in two days, May 30 - 31, in Vinh Tien village, Binh Tuyen commune, Phu Tho province with the participation of about 2,000 young workers, laborers and local people. The program is organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation, with the active companionship of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The festival is one of the practical activities to care for the material and spiritual life of young workers - a young labor force that is making important contributions to the socio-economic development of the locality and the country.
At the opening ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented 20 gifts to young workers in difficult circumstances, and at the same time commended 10 Chairmen of the Vietnam Youth Federation, Secretaries of Youth Unions of industrial parks and export processing zones who have made many contributions to the work of uniting and gathering young workers. The gifts and meaningful recognition are not only of material value but also a source of spiritual encouragement for young workers to continue to strive to rise up in life and work.
One of the activities that attracted great attention at the festival was the program of medical examination, health consultation and free medicine distribution for 1,000 young workers and local people. In addition, activities such as teambuilding, tug-of-war and especially the Youth Workers Football Tournament created exciting moments of competition, exciting cheering scenes like in professional tournaments. Clearly, not only is it a sports playground, the tournament has also become a bridge to help young workers from many different businesses and units have the opportunity to exchange, connect and build friendships.
As night fell, the festival atmosphere continued to be pushed to a climax with a festival of youth worker dance groups, gathering 16 modern dance teams. Youthful, creative and energetic performances stirred up the stage, bringing a unique cultural feast, reflecting the rich and personal spiritual life of today's young working generation.
Commitment to accompany and proactively contribute
Accompanying the program, TCP Vietnam continues to affirm its long-term commitment to contributing to improving the quality of life, taking care of physical and mental health for Vietnamese youth. Through supporting the organization of sports activities, health care and community connection, TCP wishes to contribute to adding positive energy for young workers to develop their potential, live healthier and work more effectively.
2026 also marks a special milestone when TCP Group and the Central Vietnam Youth Federation both celebrate their 70th anniversary of establishment and development. Throughout the seven-decade journey, TCP has always been steadfast in the direction of "Releasing energy, Burning vitality", constantly creating positive values for the community, and promoting sustainable development initiatives towards people. Accompanying the Central Vietnam Youth Federation in organizing this year's Youth Workers' Day continues to be proof of TCP's long-term commitment to contributing to building a healthy, confident and ambitious youth generation.
Closing the festival were radiant smiles, friendly handshakes and many memorable memories of thousands of young workers participating in the program. Not only bringing practical entertainment, sports and health care activities, the 2026 Youth Workers' Festival also spreads the message of the concern and companionship of the Youth Union - Association organization, businesses and the whole society towards the young labor force of the country.
