Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction for the right to use 20 residential land plots in the new residential area of area 6, area 7, Dong Thanh commune, Phu Tho province.

The three land plots LK05-02, LK05-03 and LK05-04 all have an area of 138m2, with a starting price of 1.104 billion VND/plot. Deposit for land plots from 250 - 300 million VND, price step of 300,000 VND/m2.
The auction is organized in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising bids.
Time for selling and receiving dossiers from June 4 to 5:00 PM on June 22, 2026 at Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company or Dong Thanh Commune Public Service Center. People in need can see the actual site of land plots from June 8 - 10, 2026.
According to the plan, the price announcement will take place at 8:00 AM on June 25, 2026 at the Party Committee Hall of Dong Thanh commune.
The subjects participating in the auction are individuals who are eligible for land allocation by the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and meet the conditions according to the current Property Auction Law.
