As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the section of National Highway 3 connecting Thai Nguyen - Bac Kan (old), a situation of sunken and cracked road surfaces has appeared, posing a potential risk to traffic safety.
Accordingly, the damaged location is between Km129 - Km131, the section passing through Thanh Thinh commune (before the merger, it belonged to Cho Moi district, Bac Kan).
Immediately after receiving feedback, the authorities have implemented a remedial plan to ensure the safety of vehicles traveling here.

On August 9, Lao Dong Newspaper's reporter noted that cracks and subsidence have appeared on the road surface on National Highway 3 and have been temporarily treated.
Workers were present at the scene, setting up stakes, stretching ropes, placing warning signs and regulating traffic, ensuring safe traffic while waiting for a thorough repair.
According to research, at the section from Km129 to Km131, the project invested by the Department of Transport of Bac Kan province (old) recorded a negative slope landslide in the section managed by Road Management Area I.
When natural disasters occurred, the Vietnam Road Administration directed relevant units to deploy to overcome the consequences of storms and floods to ensure smooth traffic.

Talking to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company 244 (the construction unit) said that the cause of cracks and subsidence of the road surface is due to the impact of recent floods and natural disasters.
"In the immediate future, we are stretching ropes and placing warning signs to ensure safety for people and vehicles, while waiting for the completion of repair and repair procedures for damaged areas," the representative of the construction unit added.
