As one of the key projects implemented in Phan Dinh Phung ward (formerly under Thai Nguyen city), the working headquarters of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Agencies Bloc is entering the final stages of completion.
When put into operation, the project is expected to improve the efficiency of serving people in handling administrative procedures.
At the same time, it will contribute to changing the appearance of the central space, creating a highlight in administrative architecture after the merger.
This project started construction in June 2023 with a total investment of 405 billion VND from the local budget.
Located on a land area of nearly 15,000m2 in the central area of Phan Dinh Phung ward, the project includes three blocks of houses from 7 to 12 floors, a basement and auxiliary items.
The design is built in a synchronous and modern direction, meeting the requirements of centralized and interconnected work of many agencies.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper in mid-July 2025, after more than 2 years of implementation, the project has gradually taken shape and emerged.
Currently, workers are installing interior equipment, fire prevention and fighting systems and functional rooms.
In the front area, internal road and fence items are being completed.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh - Deputy Commander of the construction site, the project implementation process has been smooth, but recently due to prolonged heavy rain, the progress of some construction items has been interrupted.
To ensure progress, the construction unit took advantage of the sunny weather, mobilized maximum human resources and machinery to urgently deploy, and accelerated the construction of items.
Also related to the project, Mr. Nguyen Van Tung - Head of Project 2 Department of the Thai Nguyen Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the construction will be completed in July 2025.
After that, the interior items will continue to be implemented within two months, with the goal of putting the project into operation around the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2025.
All equipment and interior systems are designed to suit the function of each area, from large halls, meeting rooms to professional workshops.
After coming into operation, the working headquarters of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Agencies Bloc will contribute to changing the administrative space, improving the efficiency of serving people and organizations.
In addition, this project will also be synchronized with the development orientation of the central urban area in the future, directly connecting to the walking street being implemented in the core urban area.
