Youth imprint at public administrative service points
Implementing the direction of the Hanoi Youth Union on deploying support for people to use the system of collecting survey opinions and evaluating administrative procedures, the Ba Dinh Ward Youth Union quickly established and maintained standing volunteer youth teams at the Hanoi City Public Administrative Service Center - Branch No. 3 (address at No. 18 Le Hong Phong, Ba Dinh Ward).
Here, the image of volunteer blue shirts enthusiastically welcoming, proactively asking questions and accompanying people has become familiar. Youth union members and youth directly guide people to scan QR codes, log in to the system, and operate step by step on the online survey interface, while patiently answering arising problems.
Thanks to a high sense of responsibility and close coordination with specialized units, the Ba Dinh Ward Youth Union has completed and exceeded the assigned target with more than 200 turns of supporting people to participate in surveys. This is clear evidence of the pioneering role of youth in accompanying the government to promote administrative reform and digital transformation in the area.

To make support work as effective as possible, equipping skills and thoroughly grasping the attitude of service for volunteers is particularly important.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan, Deputy Secretary of the Ba Dinh Ward Youth Union, said that the activity of supporting survey opinions was officially implemented from July 13. From the beginning, the Ward Youth Union thoroughly grasped to union members to seriously ensure the principles of "4 xin" and "4 luôn", which are "xin chào, xin lỗi, xin cảm ơn, xin phép" and "luôn giúp đỡ, luon mỉm cười, luon nhẹ nhàng, luon đồng hành".
The process of practical contact inevitably leads to initial difficulties, requiring dexterity and thoughtfulness so that people can feel respect. We also try to make people truly feel satisfied" - Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan shared.
Not only contributing to the common development of the community, the days of companionship at the Public Administration Service Center are also a valuable practical training environment for each youth union member.
For many youth union members, participating in supporting opinions and listening to people's opinions is an opportunity to learn more. Ms. Tu Thi Tuyet Dung (union member of Ba Dinh ward) said: "Directly participating in this activity helps me cultivate patience, accumulate more lessons learned and improve communication and behavior skills in practice. I am very proud to contribute a part of my youth to the survey work, joining hands to improve the quality of service to the people of the city.

Bridge to improve the quality of service to the People
Currently, Hanoi city is promoting the operation of the Independent Survey Portal (HIHUB) to enhance listening to the voice of the people in the administrative reform process. The fact that youth forces directly support citizens to access this independent survey tool plays the role of an important "bridge".
The data collected from the support of Ba Dinh youth is not only limited to statistical figures, but is a transparent practical basis, contributing to the city government to objectively recognize and evaluate the process of resolving procedures. From there, functional agencies promptly adjust and overcome shortcomings, optimize operating procedures and improve people's satisfaction index.
The image of responsible, dedicated and close union members at public administrative service points is continuing to spread positive energy, contributing to Hanoi city building a democratic, modern, professional and truly serving the people administration.
