On May 4, the Inspectorate of Cao Bang Provincial Police announced Decision No. 482/QD-TTr-D2 (April 21, 2026) on inspecting the compliance with legal regulations related to entry, exit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam; exit, entry of Vietnamese citizens; counter-terrorism and protection of important targets.
The inspection subjects include the departments: Home Affairs, Industry and Trade, Finance, Construction; Office of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee and important target managing agencies such as the Provincial People's Committee headquarters, Cao Bang Newspaper and Radio - Television (facility 2), State Bank Region 5 in Cao Bang.
The inspection period is from January 1, 2023 to the time of inspection.
The inspection aims to assess the current situation of compliance with legal regulations in the above-mentioned fields at agencies and units.
Through this, functional agencies clarify the achieved results to promote them, and at the same time detect limitations and violations (if any), determine the causes and responsibilities of relevant collectives and individuals to propose handling according to regulations.
In addition, the inspection team also focused on clarifying difficulties, obstacles, and inadequacies in the implementation process, thereby proposing competent authorities to consider amending and supplementing regulations in accordance with reality, contributing to improving the efficiency of state management, ensuring security and order, and serving socio-economic development in the area.
