Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate has just announced a decision to inspect compliance with legal regulations on the procurement of equipment, medical supplies, medicines, biological products, and testing packages for COVID-19 prevention and control at provincial medical examination and treatment facilities.
Accordingly, Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate conducted an inspection at Binh Thuan Center for Disease Control (CDC), Binh Thuan General Hospital, Nam Binh Thuan Regional General Hospital (now Southern Regional General Hospital), Binh Thuan Lung Hospital, Binh Thuan Dermatology Hospital, Binh Thuan Traditional Medicine - Rehabilitation Hospital.
The inspection period is from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021 and related contents before and after the inspection period. The inspection period is 45 days, from the date of announcement of the inspection decision on September 16, 2025.
Previously, in February 2025, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Provincial Police (old) initiated a case of Violating regulations on bidding causing serious consequences at Binh Thuan General Hospital.
In May 2025, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police (old) continued to prosecute the criminal case of violating regulations on bidding causing serious consequences at Binh Thuan General Hospital and CDC Binh Thuan.
