On October 25, according to the reporter's records, the An Dien roundabout (the intersection between DT7A and DT748 in Long Nguyen ward, Ho Chi Minh City - formerly in An Dien ward, Ben Cat city, Binh Duong province) is being removed to rearrange traffic in this area.
Currently, the roundabout has been removed, and the construction unit is re-establishing the flat road surface. At the same time, install traffic lights at DT7A and DT748.
Previously, traffic accidents often occurred in this area, including many overturns of trucks and container trucks.

The cause was determined to be that the An Dien roundabout has a large area and is located on the slope of DT7A road (from An Dien to My Phuoc), so trucks and container trucks often overturned when moving here. The above situation has been repeatedly petitioned by local people to the authorities. The plan to remove the roundabout has been agreed upon to install traffic lights and signs to ensure safety for vehicles passing through here.

In addition to An Dien roundabout, on My Phuoc Tan Van road, there are My Phuoc 3 roundabouts (Thoi Hoa ward) and Dinh Hoa roundabout (Chanh Hiep ward) where many container truck overturns occurred. The authorities have reviewed to remove these loops. At the same time, the technical design of the intersection is to ensure vehicles stop at traffic lights and travel safely through the area.
