Previously, at around 7:30 p.m. on October 24, on the inter-commune road section through Thanh Lam village, Quang Tan commune (Quang Ninh province), a collision occurred between two motorbikes, killing two people on the spot and injuring one.
According to Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 (Traffic Police Department, Quang Ninh Provincial Police), at that time, the motorbike with license plate 14T1-08xx driven by Mr. C.C.S. (born in 1965, residing in Tai Ly say village, Quang Tan commune) was driving a motorbike with license plate 14M1-127.xx driven by Mr. T.A.S. (born in 1995, residing in Sieng Long village, Quang Tan commune) was driven and carrying Mr. Chieu Sang Soi (born in 1977, also residing in Sieng Long village).
The strong collision caused Mr. T.A.S. and Mr. C.C.S. died on the spot; Mr. Chieu Sang Soi was injured and taken to Dam Ha Medical Center for emergency treatment by local people. Both vehicles were severely damaged.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Traffic Police force coordinated with local police to be present at the scene to direct traffic, protect the scene and coordinate with functional units to examine and investigate the cause of the incident.
Currently, the Criminal Police Department (PC01), Quang Ninh Provincial Police is handling and handling the case according to its authority.
