Thanh Liet Ward People's Committee has just issued Notice No. 314/TB-UBND on land acquisition to carry out site clearance work, serving the project to build a traffic route combined with a flower garden and green trees in the Northeast, Trieu Khuc resettlement area, Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district (now belonging to Thanh Liet ward).
According to the notice, the total recovered land area is 2,803.1m2, related to 17 households, individuals and 1 organization managing and using land to implement the project.
The location of the recovered land area is determined according to the Landmark Coordination Map dated April 25, 2023 of the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment) and the Cadastral Map Extraction for site clearance work prepared by Hanoi Map and Surveying Joint Stock Company in June 2026.
The land recovery location belongs to Thanh Liet ward, Hanoi city. The type of land recovered includes agricultural land and non-agricultural land.
The reason for land recovery is to implement the project to build a traffic route combined with a flower garden and green trees in the Northeast of Trieu Khuc resettlement area, Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district previously according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 79 of the 2024 Land Law.
Regarding the time for investigation, survey, measurement, and inventory, Thanh Liet Ward People's Committee said it will implement according to Plan No. 181/KH-UBND dated June 2, 2026 of the Ward People's Committee.
The land acquisition notice is valid for 12 months from the date of signing and promulgation.
According to regulations, before issuing a land recovery decision, the competent authority will send a land recovery notice to the person whose land is recovered, the owner of assets attached to the land and organizations and individuals with related rights and obligations (if any) no later than 60 days for agricultural land and 120 days for non-agricultural land.
In case the land user in the recovered area agrees to let the competent state agency carry out land recovery before the above deadline, the Chairman of Thanh Liet Ward People's Committee will issue a land recovery decision without having to wait until the land recovery notice expires.
