    Quang Ninh has identified preparing land fund and infrastructure for Hai Ha Industrial Park (IP) Phase 1 as a key solution to attract investment and fill the IP.

    This is the content given by the leaders of Quang Ninh province during a meeting with the Chairman of Texhong Group on February 5.

    According to a report from Texhong Group, in Quang Ninh province, the group has invested in 2 industrial parks in Mong Cai city and Hai Ha district.

    Hai Ha Industrial Park Phase 1 is located within the planning scope of Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park with an area of ​​660 hectares, of which the site clearance and technical infrastructure investment for an area of ​​nearly 376 hectares have been completed.

    The industrial park has attracted 27 secondary projects with a total registered capital of nearly 3 billion USD, creating jobs for more than 14,000 workers.

    It is expected that in 2025, Hai Ha Industrial Park will attract more projects with a total capital of 300 - 500 million USD.

    To speed up the completion of infrastructure and attract secondary investment projects, Texhong Group requested the province to support the early implementation of land allocation procedures, issuance of land use right certificates and investment procedures for projects serving production in the industrial park. At the same time, the Group also hopes that the province will create conditions to provide enough land for site leveling.

    Mr. Vu Dai Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee - highly appreciated the efforts of Texhong Group in implementing the Hai Ha Industrial Park infrastructure project. Mr. Thang emphasized that preparing land funds and infrastructure at industrial parks is an important solution for Quang Ninh to continue attracting foreign direct investment.

    The province will direct relevant agencies, units and Hai Ha district to closely coordinate with Texhong Group to quickly resolve difficulties and obstacles, helping the Group complete the remaining infrastructure items. The goal in 2025 and 2026 is to fill the area of ​​Hai Ha Industrial Park Phase 1.

    The Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee also requested Texhong Group to promote investment in specialized projects with high scientific and technological content in the garment sector and actively participate in energy conversion according to the general direction of the province, contributing to the formation of a closed, environmentally friendly production chain, making Hai Ha Industrial Park a specialized industrial park in the garment sector, contributing to the sustainable development of Quang Ninh province.
