Quang Tri - The province is developing preferential policies to attract talents to work in agencies and units to meet the requirements of socio-economic development.

On January 26, Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee confirmed that the locality has a plan to develop policies to attract high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development in the period 2026-2030.

Quang Tri province's goal is not only to improve the operational efficiency of agencies and units but also to create motivation for sustainable development for the locality in the future.

Accordingly, Quang Tri will continue to implement policies to recruit cadres, civil servants, and public employees in the direction of attracting talents, especially important positions in industries and fields such as education, health and other development fields.

To do this, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province has requested agencies and units to develop human resource development plans, and at the same time clearly identify human resource needs to better serve the management and development requirements of the province.

Quang Tri province also pays special attention to recruiting officials with high professional qualifications and capable of performing important tasks in local socio-economic development. Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee will propose reasonable remuneration policies, encouraging the long-term contribution of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.

Currently, units and localities will review the contingent of officials, assess the quality of current personnel to report, from which the province will propose solutions to attract and develop high-quality human resources suitable to the province's development goals in the coming period.
