On August 7, Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) informed about the organization of fee collection and issued the price for using the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway service.
According to VEC, to ensure the effectiveness of project investment, production and business goals and cash flow to fulfill financial obligations, VEC will organize fee collection for sections of the route that have been put into operation and issue service prices for the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway.
Accordingly, the unit price for services using the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway is 2,000 VND/PCU/km; the time of application is from 0:00 on August 10, 2025.
Scope of fee collection at toll stations: Station 01B, Station 02A/B, Station 03, Station 04, Station 06, Station 07 of the sections of the route that have been put into operation.
The fee collection method is closed fee collection, charging fees according to actual distance of use; Unstop electronic fee collection (ETC) 100% of fee collection lanes at all stations.
Previously, from the first half of 2025, VEC opened to traffic and put into operation nearly 30km of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, including: The section west of the route from the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong intersection (Km0+600) to Nguyen Van Tao intersection (Km21+8505) and the section from Phuoc An intersection (Km50+530) to the National Highway 51 intersection (Km57+581).
After being put into operation, the sections of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway have contributed significantly to reducing congestion, accidents and traffic pressure; improving handling capacity; facilitating people's travel and trade of goods; promoting socio-economic development in related areas.
On April 1, 2025, VEC issued Decision No. 320/QD-VEC-HDTV on the price of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway service managed and operated by VEC. Up to now, the non-stop electronic toll collection system has been completed, installed, tested and is ready to be put into operation.
