Accordingly, the authorities have been carrying out the process of transferring Mr. Tran Van Thuc - Director of the Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training to the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Tran Van Thuc will officially transfer his position when there is an official decision by the competent authority.

From May 2015 - September 2020: Party Committee Secretary, Principal of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
By October 2020: is Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province.
From December 2020 to present: Member of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa Province.
