On September 19, at Da Nhim Hydropower Plant under Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company, it was announced that the unit had just coordinated with Khanh Hoa Provincial Police to organize a fire fighting, rescue and salvage drill.
The activity aims to check the readiness to respond to fire, explosion, incident, and accident situations; and at the same time assess the mobilization, organization of forces, vehicles, command, communication and coordination between units when incidents occur.
The internship had about 217 people and 21 vehicles and equipment participating, organized according to the plan built in Plan No. 3252/KH-CAT dated March 20, 2026 of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.
When the simulated situation occurred, the fire prevention, fighting and rescue force of the Factory quickly issued an alarm, guided officials and employees to escape the dangerous area, and at the same time deployed firefighting, rescue and protection of the scene.
After that, the commune police force and professional Fire and Rescue Police were present, receiving commanders, organizing reconnaissance, determining the diễn biến of the fire, the location of victims and dangerous factors to deploy firefighting, rescue, and relief.
Military, medical, local government and related units coordinate to perform tasks according to their functions. Medical forces receive and provide first aid to victims after being taken out of dangerous areas.
Through internships, officials and employees are trained in handling situations, using fire fighting equipment, searching for and bringing victims to safe places.
The internship results are the basis for the Company to continue reviewing and completing fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue plans, improving incident response capabilities, contributing to ensuring safety in electricity production activities at Da Nhim Hydropower Plant.
