According to initial information, the drowning incident occurred at around 4:50 p.m. on December 14 at Tadia stream, in village 1A (Hoa Ninh commune, Lam Dong).
On the same afternoon, 3 teenagers (all knowing how to swim) went to Tadia stream to swim. While swimming, due to the strong flow of the stream, K'Dak was swept away by the water and went missing. The remaining two teenagers were lucky to swim to shore and escaped.
The incident was quickly reported to local authorities and authorities. Upon receiving the report, Hoa Ninh Commune Police coordinated with local people to arrive at the scene to organize the search.
However, due to the deep and fast-flowing water of Tadia stream, the initial search has not yet yielded results.
Currently, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Region 3 (Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police) has mobilized more than 10 officers and soldiers to the scene to carry out search and rescue work.
Rescue forces organized dives to find the victim, but due to the deep, fast-flowing stream water, many difficulties were encountered. As of 6:40 p.m. the same day, the search was still ongoing but there were no results.
