On the afternoon of December 10, the authorities and local people found the body of a woman suspected of jumping off the Luy River bridge, passing through National Highway 1 in Hong Thai commune, Lam Dong province.
The victim was identified as Ms. P.T.T.T (26 years old, residing in Hong Thai commune).
According to initial information, passersby saw Ms. T. walking on the Song Luy bridge. When she reached the middle of the bridge, she suddenly jumped into the river while the water was flowing rapidly.
After receiving the news, the authorities coordinated with local people to search along the river. After about 3 hours, Ms. T.'s body was discovered about 1km from the bridge location.
The victim's body has been handed over to his family for funeral arrangements.
