Through records, in Cua Nam ward, in addition to the information board announcing the list of candidates by electoral unit, the biography summary of the candidate (including basic information about the work process, qualifications, experience and capacity), there is also a QR code for election information and receiving petitions and feedback on voter lists.

According to Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cua Nam ward Nguyen Hoang Truong, in order for voters in Cua Nam ward to promptly update information about elections, information and propaganda work has been deployed in 3 peak periods. Notably, the ward issued 48,000 leaflets promoting the new points of the Election Law and 7,000 leaflets on timelines; and at the same time applied QR codes for voters to look up locations listing lists, voting locations and reflect recommendations.

In Long Bien ward, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee - said that one of the new points in the election preparation work in Long Bien ward is the flexible application of information technology in organizing voter contact conferences.
