At the same time, strengthen propaganda work, update images after storm No. 3 on the city's electronic information page, the city's radio system and wards and communes.
It is known that due to the impact of storm No. 3 and floods, as of September 14, nearly 300 houses have been damaged and nearly 400 houses have been flooded in Thanh Hoa province.
Floods also caused severe damage to thousands of hectares of rice and crops; hundreds of hectares of aquaculture areas; many national highways, provincial roads, and construction works were eroded and cracked.
