The resolution of flooded by the tidal area of Ho Chi Minh City has considered the climate change factor started in 2016, with a total investment of nearly VND 10,000 billion under BT contracts.
The project consists of 6 large tidal control sewers and nearly 8 km long dike systems, to control flooding for the 570 km² wide area, protecting about 6.5 million people in the center of Ho Chi Minh City and along the Saigon River.
