Ring Road 4 HCMC
The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project has a total length of about 207 km, passing through Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Tay Ninh.
In which, the 47 km section passing through Binh Duong was previously started in June 2025.
The remaining sections are about 160 km long, with a total investment of more than 120,400 billion VND, and are undergoing site clearance. The entire project needs to recover about 1,738 hectares of land and set a target to complete site clearance by August 2026.

In phase 1, the route is invested on a scale of 4 expressway lanes with a design speed of 100 km/h, combined with service roads and side roads.
According to the plan, Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City will start construction at the end of this year, complete the entire route in the second quarter of 2028 and put into operation immediately in 2028.
Vo Van Kiet extended road
The Vo Van Kiet extended road project has its starting point at Tan Kien intersection (National Highway 1, Tan Nhut commune), the ending point bordering Tay Ninh, with a total length of about 15.1 km.
In the initial phase, the road was invested with 6 lanes but site clearance was completed on a scale of 60 m wide to meet 10 lanes in the future.

The project will build a series of intersections and overpasses at locations of canal C, Vo Huu Loi (canal B), Ring Road 3, canal A, Xang An Ha canal and the end of the route at Xang Nho canal. Two intersections with Vo Tran Chi street and Tan Kien head station area are fully invested from the beginning.
The project has a total investment of about 15,975 billion VND, expected to start construction in the second quarter of 2027 and be completed by the end of 2029.
New Northwest opening road
The newly opened Northwest road is nearly 10 km long, starting from Ring Road 2 (Binh Tan ward) and ending in the area bordering Tay Ninh, connecting to DT. 823D project.
The route is divided into many sections with a cross-section of 25 - 52 m, meeting 6 - 8 lanes.

The project will build three overpasses across the Central canal, Lien Vung canal and An Ha canal, and invest in overpasses and intersections at Ring Road 2, Nguyen Thi Tu, Vinh Loc, Quach Dieu and Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City.
The preliminary total investment of the project is about 17,254 billion VND, expected to start construction in the second quarter of 2027 and be completed in 2029.

The road is about 5.9 km long, with a cross-section width of 107 - 120 m. The first phase will build two parallel routes with a total of 6 lanes.

Go Cong intersection is designed as a 4-story level crossing with a large-scale overpass and underpass system. In addition, the project also builds overpasses at Le Van Viet - D1 road intersection, Go Cong canal overpass and Trau Trau canal overpass.
The project is expected to start construction at the end of 2027, and be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028, contributing to directly connecting Ring Road 2 with Ring Road 3, reducing traffic pressure at the eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City.

The road is about 6 km long, 60 m wide with a scale of 12 lanes, design speed of 60 km/h.
On the route, Ba Cua bridge will be built including two units with a total of 10 lanes. The section from Phu Huu port to HLD intersection will be invested in an elevated road with 4 lanes.

The total investment of the project is about 8,782 billion VND, expected to start construction in the fourth quarter of 2026 and be completed after 2028.
