On June 10, Tan Dong Hiep Ward People's Committee requested relevant units to verify the case of images of a man throwing trash improperly spreading online.
Through verification, functional agencies identified the violator as Mr. H.T. H (born in 1989, from Ca Mau province, currently temporarily residing in group 11, Tan An neighborhood, Tan Dong Hiep ward).
Through working, Mr. H admitted to using an electric motorbike to transport garbage and throw it in an empty land area (on Tan An street, Tan An neighborhood, Tan Dong Hiep ward) to avoid people's attention.
Tan Dong Hiep Ward People's Committee has made a record of administrative violation and handled it according to the provisions of the law on environmental protection. At the same time, Mr. H was forced to collect all the garbage dumped illegally and restore the original state of the area.
The Tan An neighborhood management board, Tan Dong Hiep ward also awarded unexpected rewards to people who actively detected, extracted camera footage and promptly provided information to functional agencies. The Ward People's Committee has also directed the Ward Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department to advise and propose rewards for individuals with achievements in coordinating the detection of violations.
