The People's Committee of Nguyen Van Linh commune, Hung Yen province, has just organized a conference to deploy site clearance for the Investment Project to build a commercial housing area and urban housing in Nguyen Van Linh commune and My Hao ward, Hung Yen province.
The investment project to build a commercial housing and urban housing area is invested by T&T Technology and Urban Development Co., Ltd. According to Decision No. 1672/QD-UBND dated May 28, 2026 of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee on approving the partial adjustment of the Detailed Construction Plan at a scale of 1/500, the project has a land use scale of 240,885.1 m2, population scale of about 3,920 people.
According to the approved plan, the project is synchronously arranged with land use functions including: service works land; public works land serving culture and education (kindergarten); residential land with types of adjacent houses, villas and social housing; green land, water surface including public green trees, specialized green trees, river, stream, canal system; traffic land, parking lots and technical infrastructure.
The investment in project construction is expected to contribute to completing urban infrastructure, creating motivation for socio-economic development, and improving the quality of life of local people.
Representatives of the Commune People's Committee and specialized units informed the households about the objectives and significance of the project; land recovery scope; inventory process, compensation and site clearance support plan; and at the same time disseminated state regulations related to compensation, support and resettlement.
Many opinions and recommendations of the people have been received and answered directly at the conference by functional agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and creating consensus among the people.
According to Mr. Nguyen Hai Phong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Nguyen Van Linh Commune People's Committee, this is an important project for the urban development process of the locality. He requested professional departments, villages and mass organizations to strengthen propaganda and mobilization to help people understand the purpose and meaning of the project, thereby creating consensus in the implementation process.
At the same time, requiring the full, public, and transparent implementation of regimes and policies for households whose land is recovered in accordance with the law, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people.
