On August 4, Da Nang City Police held a ceremony to announce the decision and award collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in work, combat and force building.
Authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Dai Dong - Deputy Director of Da Nang City Police - awarded the title of "Emulation Fighter of the entire People's Public Security Force" to 9 outstanding individuals in the emulation movement "For National Security".
Along with that, the Minister of Public Security awarded Certificates of Merit to:
1 collective, 3 individuals with outstanding achievements in the investigator recruitment exam and the movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" in the period of 2021 - 2025;
2 groups and 5 individuals have outstanding achievements in investigating serious cases, suppressing crimes during the 2025 Lunar New Year, fighting against subjects who take advantage of complaints, violate the law, and in the work of selecting citizens to perform their duties of participating in the People's Public Security.
Promoting the proactive and decisive spirit in the fight against crime, Da Nang Police have achieved many outstanding feats, including a particularly serious case at Da Nang International General Clinic and a project to destroy a loan sharking group of up to 180%/year.
In order to recognize and promptly encourage, the Director of Da Nang City Police has awarded a bonus of 10 million VND to each unit: Internal Political Security Department, Office of the Investigation Police Agency and Criminal Police Department.
The police of the localities: Hoa Cuong, Dien Ban, Hoi An Dong, Tam Ky, Nam Phuoc, Thang An were also rewarded with 5 million VND/unit for their achievements in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.
