The voting council decided to award the title of Outstanding Young Citizen of Ho Chi Minh City in 2024 to 14 most outstanding individuals out of a total of more than 2.9 million young people and more than 1.4 million children in the city.
As one of the 14 outstanding young citizens of Ho Chi Minh City in 2024, Muay Thai athlete Huynh Ha Huu Hieu shared that he was very happy and honored to receive this year's title. "2025 is a year with many big tournaments. I will continue to train and compete to contribute to Ho Chi Minh City and the country" - athlete Huu Hieu - said.
Outstanding Young Citizens of Ho Chi Minh City is a title organized annually by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City to honor typical young people living, studying and working in the city with many achievements and outstanding contributions to the overall development of the city.
